簡介：
最終幻想（日語：ファイナルファンタジー，英語：FinalFantasy，簡稱FF，台灣/香港：太空戰士，中國大陸：最終幻想），1987年由日本當時的游戲軟體公司史克威爾（SQUARESOFT）（目前與ENIX艾尼克斯合並為：SQUARE-ENIX）開發的角色扮演游戲（RPG）游戲系列。
在那個時候，正是FC紅極一時的年代。充斥市場的是以《勇者斗惡龍》為代表的所謂"勇者派"RPG。那時的史克威爾公司還不過是一個小小的開發游戲的廠商。在做了幾個游戲都沒有轟動後，製作人坂口博信決定做完最後一個游戲改行。而那個游戲就被命名為《最終幻想》（多少有點悲壯的意味）。不曾想，游戲一經推出就備受玩家的注目。由此開始，FF一代一代的伴著無數玩家走了過來……

最終幻想2——菲因戰士復國記
在皇帝帶領下，帝國軍四處侵略，他們破壞了主角們的家鄉，並且主角之一的雷恩哈特被皇帝抓走。之後主角們在與帝國軍暗地裡對抗的原菲茵城的起義軍一起作戰，先後取得兵器礦石米斯里魯，炸毀大戰艦，取得究極魔法，期間犧牲了數個戰友，最後4人奮力殺進皇帝的大混亂城，消滅了引起戰亂的罪魁禍首。
